Dr. Julia Bramwell
I earned my medical degree from Rutgers Rober Wood Johnon Medical School in 1998 and am board-certified with over 25 years of medical experience. My journey into Ketamine-Assisted Therapy is both professional and deeply personal.
My introduction to ketamine began during my years working in a pediatric emergency room, where I gained hands-on experience using IV ketamine for anesthesia. That early exposure laid the groundwork for what has become one of the most meaningful parts of my medical practice today—using ketamine to support individuals facing depression, PTSD, and chronic pain syndromes.
My path hasn’t just been clinical—it’s also been personal. Like many of my patients, I’ve navigated my own challenges, including a mood disorder, trauma, and serious health conditions. These experiences shaped how I practice medicine. I know firsthand how traditional systems can fall short, and how healing often requires looking beyond conventional paths. Ketamine therapy has played a key role in my own healing journey, and it inspires me to bring this work to others with empathy, respect, and an open heart.
I’ve received certification through the Ketamine Academy and continue to expand my training to stay on the leading edge of this evolving field. I believe ketamine, when used safely and thoughtfully, can help unlock deep emotional insight and foster powerful transformation.
My role is to ensure that each client feels safe, supported, and truly seen. If you’re curious about whether this approach might be right for you, I’d be honored to walk that path alongside you.

Susan Menahem
I’m a licensed clinical social worker and have been supporting clients through traditional talk therapy for over 25 years. My path into psychedelic therapy began with deeply personal experiences that transformed both my life and my work.
In 2011, I began traveling to Peru to work with the psychedelic plant medicine Ayahuasca. I experienced firsthand the profound healing potential of psychedelic medicine. Those experiences shifted something fundamental in me—not just as a person, but as a therapist. I saw what was possible when the mind and heart were given space to open. I was then inspired to begin supporting clients on retreat to Peru, where I witnessed similar breakthroughs in their healing.
In 2020, I completed a formal training with MAPS (Multidisciplinary Association for Psychedelic Studies), and later specialized in ketamine-assisted psychotherapy through Journey Clinical. These experiences have allowed me to integrate ancient healing practices with modern clinical tools in a grounded, ethical, and heart-centered way.
Today, I offer ketamine-assisted psychotherapy (KAP) to individuals who feel stuck—whether in depression, anxiety, trauma, or emotional disconnection—and are seeking a new way forward. My approach is steady, warm, and collaborative. I hold space for clients to safely explore difficult emotions, access inner wisdom, and integrate new insights into meaningful, lasting change. This work is both my passion and my calling. I am honored and committed to helping you feel safe, seen, and supported with deep respect for your healing journey and the transformations along the way.

I’ve had the privilege of witnessing the deep and lasting impact that Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy can have. In this expanded state of awareness, many people discover parts of themselves that are often hidden from view in traditional talk therapy—parts that are ready to be seen, heard, and healed.
While ketamine is not a quick fix or a cure-all, I see it as a powerful doorway—one that opens the possibility for profound healing, clarity, and growth. This work can unfold in surprising and meaningful ways, helping you reconnect with your own inner wisdom.
I’m deeply honored to walk alongside my clients as they explore this path, and I hold deep respect for the courage it takes to engage with this work. Together, we’ll create a safe and compassionate space for your healing journey to unfold.

I am a trained and certified in Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) and I’m honored to be part of this powerful and evolving path in mental health care.
KAP is an innovative and compassionate approach that combines the supervised medical use of ketamine with skilled psychotherapy. In my professional experience, this modality can awaken untapped spaces where healing can begin—especially for individuals who haven’t found the relief they hoped for through traditional talk therapy alone.
What draws me to this work is the profound potential for change. KAP may offer opportunities for meaningful breakthroughs, emotional insight, and deep inner healing. Each session is uniquely personal, and my role is to ensure that you feel safe, supported, and grounded throughout the process. I offer this work with deep respect for your healing process and the strength it takes to step into something new.
