Healing is possible.
Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) offers a new path for those who haven’t found relief with traditional methods.
It combines the therapeutic benefits of ketamine with traditional psychotherapy techniques.
Discover the power of KAP
Ketamine creates a calm, inward-focused state that can quiet the inner critic, open access to deeper emotions, and create space for new insight. With the support of a trained therapist throughout the experience, KAP can help shift long-held patterns tied to depression, anxiety, and trauma.
It’s not about escaping—it’s about gently reconnecting with yourself, with clarity and compassion.

What is Ketamine?
Ketamine is a legal, safe, and effective medicine that’s been shown to help people who are struggling with depression, anxiety, and Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), especially when other treatments have been ineffective.
What does a session feel like?
You’ll take a low-dose ketamine lozenge that dissolves under your tongue while resting in a safe, private space. Your therapist will be there with you the entire time helping you feel cared for and offering grounding, support, and gentle guidance as you turn inward.

What makes our practice unique?
We are New Jersey’s Leading Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy practice. Clinical Director Susan Menahem, LCSW has spent over 25 years as a traditional talk therapist, supporting people through depression, anxiety, trauma, and life transitions. Her own healing experiences with psychedelic medicine led her to pursue formal training in ketamine-assisted therapy through MAPS (Multidisciplinary Association for Psychedelic Studies) and Journey Clinical. She brings that depth and steadiness into this practice—offering a grounded, compassionate space for people ready to shift what’s been holding them back.
